🛒 Store Guide: Passes, Status, Buffs & Currency Packs

The 🛒 Store is your in-game “shop tab” — a clean place to turn what you earned into upgrades and boosts. Simple flow: earn → buy → progress faster.

Where do I find it?
Open 🛒 Store from the bottom of the Profile tab, or from the SONO tab.

Last updated: 2026-02-14

What’s new in the Store:
• You can now buy Buffs (timed boosts) for SONO.
• The Store UI was improved: cleaner layout, better interactions, and a proper full-screen view.

🧪 Buffs in Store

Timed boosts you can buy directly, without waiting for a Farm proc.

🖥️ Full-screen mode

A bigger, cleaner view when you want to browse comfortably.

✨ UI polish

Clearer sections, less confusion, smoother buying flow.

🔁 Buff rules clarified

Store buffs refresh duration (day/week) but do not stack time. Time stacking is reserved for Farm lucky procs.

What the Store is for

You’ll find three types of things here:

  • Account upgrades (permanent): one-time entitlements that stay forever.
  • Timed buffs (NEW): limited-time boosts you can activate when you need them.
  • Real-money packs (optional): if packs are enabled, you can top up your in-game wallet via a secure checkout.

💖 Important: the game is fully playable without spending money. Store purchases are a shortcut and a way to support development — not a paywall.

Your wallet (top of the Store)

At the very top of the Store you’ll see your current in-game balances:

SONO SONO WOS WOS

Nerd note: this is your in-game (off-chain) wallet — instant, fast, and used for Store purchases.

Main upgrades

These are account entitlements: once you own them, you can’t buy them again. (The server blocks duplicates and will return “Already owned”.)

⛏ Mining Pass

A permanent progression upgrade. If you like boosting your account early — this is the classic “big button”.

  • One-time purchase (cannot be bought twice).
  • Improves progression and rewards in the systems where Mining Pass applies.
  • Price: 5,000 SONOSONO or 5,000,000 WOSWOS (depends on your currency selector).

🌌 Sonic Explorer Status

More “headroom” for long-term grind: extra perks that stack nicely with other upgrades.

  • One-time purchase (cannot be bought twice).
  • Adds extra progression perks and stacks with other upgrades.
  • Price: 25,000 SONOSONO or 35,000,000 WOSWOS (depends on your currency selector).

🤑 Grandmaster Relic (SONO-only)

A unique relic purchase. Think of it like a master key: one per account, delivered directly into your relic inventory.

  • Only one way to get it: buy it in the Store using your in-game SONO.
  • Price: 100,000 SONOSONO
  • Limit: one per account (max 1 Grandmaster Relic).
  • After purchase, it appears in your relic inventory.
Why do some buttons show “N/A”?

“N/A” usually means you selected a currency that doesn’t apply to that item. Example: Grandmaster Relic is SONO-only, so it can’t be purchased with WOS. Switch the currency selector and try again.

NEW: Buffs in the Store (timed boosts)

Buffs are limited-time power-ups. Think of them like a clean “on/off switch” for your account: activate it, enjoy the boosted window, and then it expires.

🧠 Important rules:
Store buffs do not stack time. If you buy the same buff again while it’s active, the Store will simply refresh it to the full duration (1 day or 1 week).
Time stacking is reserved for Farm lucky procs (so Farms stay spicy and valuable).

⚡ Total Boost Doubler

Doubles your Total Boost for a selected duration.

🚫 Total Boost Cap Lift

Temporarily disables the Total Boost cap for a selected duration.

🧰 Craft Chance Boost

Improves your relic crafting chance for a selected duration.

How durations behave (Store vs Farms)
  • Store: buying an active buff again = refresh to full duration (day/week), no stacking.
  • Farms: if you “luck proc” the same buff while it’s active = time stacks (adds to remaining).

How to buy (with in-game currency)

  1. Open 🛒 Store (Profile bottom button, or SONO tab).
  2. Check your balances at the top (SONO / WOS).
  3. For Mining Pass and Explorer Status — choose which currency you want to spend (WOS or SONO).
Grandmaster Relic ignores the selector — it’s always SONO only.
  4. For Buffs — select the buff and choose the duration (example: 1 day or 1 week), then press buy.
  5. If you use 🔒 session password protection, enter it before buying.
  6. Press the buy button and wait for the status message: ⏳ Processing…✅ Success (or an error).
  7. Your balances refresh after a successful purchase.

🔒 Session password:
It’s a safety lock for important actions. If you never enabled it — you won’t see it, and you can ignore this part.

Full-screen Store view (NEW)

The Store now supports a full-screen mode so you can browse upgrades, buffs, and packs comfortably. If you ever felt the Store was too cramped — this is the fix.

  • Use the full-screen control inside the Store UI when available.
  • It’s purely a UI/comfort feature — it doesn’t change prices or mechanics.
  • If you don’t see the full-screen control on your device: some platforms render UI differently.

Real-money currency packs (optional)

If packs are enabled for you, you’ll see them in the Store and can top up your in-game wallet via a secure checkout. When you choose a pack, the game redirects you to a secure payment page powered by Stripe.

📈 Important pricing note (WOS packs):
All WOS pack amounts are automatically calculated from the current SONO↔WOS pool rate. That means WOS packs always stay aligned with the live market price inside the game economy.
(If the pool is temporarily unavailable, the server can fall back to a safe default — but normally it tracks the pool.)

What packs exist (amounts & USD)

WOS packs

  • WOS Small Pack — 5,000,000 WOSWOS — $5.99
Amount is calculated from the current SONO↔WOS pool rate.
  • WOS Medium Pack — 40,000,000 WOSWOS — $24.99
Amount is calculated from the current SONO↔WOS pool rate.
  • WOS Big Pack — 150,000,000 WOSWOS — $89.99
Amount is calculated from the current SONO↔WOS pool rate.

SONO packs

  • SONO Small Pack — 5,000 SONOSONO — $5.99
  • SONO Medium Pack — 25,000 SONOSONO — $24.99
  • SONO Big Pack — 100,000 SONOSONO — $89.99

Note: if you don’t see packs — it’s normal. Packs appear only when they are enabled/configured on the server.

  1. Open 🛒 Store and scroll to the packs section.
  2. Select a pack (SONO or WOS).
  3. You’ll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page.
  4. After a successful payment, return to the game. If your balance doesn’t update instantly — wait a moment and reopen 🛒 Store.

Common messages (and what they actually mean)

  • INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS — your in-game wallet doesn’t have enough SONO/WOS for that purchase.
  • ALREADY_OWNED — you already have that entitlement (one-time item).
  • DUPLICATE_IN_FLIGHT — you clicked twice too fast; the server blocks parallel duplicate buys.
  • N/A — wrong currency selected for that item (or the item is SONO-only).
  • Session password error — your lock is enabled; enter the correct password.
  • BUFF_ACTIVE_REFRESHED — you bought an already active buff; duration was refreshed (no stacking in Store).

🎛️ Nerd Corner: SONO Sound Packs (coming soon)

for sound people for music nerds for SFX & texture addicts

Soon, SONO won’t be “just a game currency”. It will unlock a small boutique shelf inside the Store: handmade audio packs crafted by the game’s author — for people who live in sound, and for anyone who’s simply obsessed with music production, sound design, or field recording.

These are not generic stock libraries. They’re curated, recorded, edited, and designed as a personal signature — with a lot of tape, grit, and deliberately weird processing chains.

  • Field recordings — real locations, atmospheres, rare textures, “you had to be there” moments.
  • Texture & SFX packs — materials, machines, organic foley, designed layers and impacts.
  • Music packs — loops + one-shots, processed through cassette tape and unique hardware chains.

How it works: these packs will be purchasable only with in-game SONO. You can use them for your own enjoyment, and also for real-world sound/music work — as your own personal “secret drawer” of unusual sonic material.
